It was easy to communicate and book the storage

I rented a climate controlled unit and when I moved in it was really hot and humid. I'm worried about my stuff and wondering if I'm throwing money down the drain because I'm spending more for a climate controlled unit but not sure I'm getting any benefit. The facility has one entry and one exit and no pedestrian door. You have to walk around the facility to get out and you have to use a code to exit. Which sucked for me because my phone died while I was moving my stuff in and I had no way of contacting the office. Thank god someone let me use their phone. These things may not seem like a big deal but they are. I could have been stuck inside the gate for hours until someone came in. Bare minimum, have a call button for the interior office.

5 stars for your property manager. Polite, professional, informed. 4 stars for unit, old water leak caused concern maybe remove if possible assured problem corrected
