Public storage was easy to book. Price was okay. The unit size is perfect. The unit is clean.

Was quick and easy. Thought it would be a pain but it wasn't

I had no problems with the rental or moving in. Even though it was the weekend, people were courteous and the wait for a dolly was realistic.

So I had a very bad experience with another company. Looking for a reasonable deal for short term storage contacted PS. Thank goodness I did. Kristin was the person whom I was greeted by. She was very personal and welcoming. Walked me through all aspects of renting a storage unit. She took the time to ask what my needs were and made sure I was not paying to much for those needs. She covered the Insurance, walked the site and reviewed the unit. Very comfortable with the facility and the level if customer service. I decided to move forward with the rental unit. Kristin made sure to check to check in with me while I was moving in. Very few times have I had a manager ( Kristin) ask if there was anything more they could provide after a sale I really felt appreciate here. I know I made a very good decision to do business with PS. Fully satisfied with the service and the unit.
