Extra Space Storage

So happy with the unit I got today. Exactly what I wanted. The entire property is so spacious and clean. I like that it is elevated from Surrounding land in case of flooding. But the BEST part about this place is absolutely the employees. I was helped by Andrew today. It's so rare to encounter a Friendly, Patient, Efficient AND Knowledgeable employee these days. You feel lucky if you deal with somebody who has only one of these Attributes. So my recommendation to The company is to do whatever you have to keep this guy around. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable I've got someone like him who's in charge of my property. I didn't catch the other employees name but got the same feeling from him as well.

I was looking for a 5'x10' storage unit, inside, and climate controlled. I searched on Google and found this company had a location in West Chester. This is perfect for our location. Dylan was very professional. He told me what was available, explained everything about the storage units, and showed me around the property. I rented the unit on the spot. The units and the property are very clean and easily accessible. He found me a unit right inside the door. The price was reduced for 4 months which is cheaper than the unit I am currently renting. Fast and Easy

This location has the most personable and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and super friendly! The units are clean and most importantly I feel safe when I am there. Thank you for a great reasonably priced option for people who need some extra space :) Update-Months later, and we still love it!!

Andrew was very nice and professional on the phone and gave me lots of information. My wife and I went in a few days later and Dylan was also very nice. We weren’t comfortable with completing the rental process online and wanted to see the facility. We got a comfy ride on the golf cart and Dylan showed us our unit and answered the rest of our questions. We even bought the lock and a few boxes while there. Facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure. Andrew and Dylan are a great team and we are glad we rented a unit with them. Have rented storage units in various states numerous times. This was the best experience by far.
