Customer service was excellent. I was having some problems with my reservation on line so I came to the facility and they was able to get everything done. The unit was very clean. I would refer this storage unit to anyone. VERY PLEASED!!

I am not sure what the name is of the women who helped me but I was transfered to her when I pressed to speak to location manager. She spent so much time with me making sure that the reservations that I had for 4 units was completed we kept having techinal difficulties with the online reservation completion process. She stayed on the phone with me until it was done it was atleast 45 minutes she was so sweet and assured me she would help me until the end. The next day I contacted her to ask if we could move in a day sooner becasue we had an emergency and she accomodated our needs. Great customer service this place would not be the same without her.

Absolutely amazing from reserving, to paperwork to unloading! The manager is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She helped me find people to help me unload my truck with only three hours before coming to the storage unit! Because I was alone. She is absolutely wonderful! And went above and beyond! The storage unit is clean and easy access to it! Honestly my experience could not have been better!
