    Easy yo find someone to speak with. Instructions for entry into facility and unit were clear and easy to follow. Storage unit is clean but no working light fixture. App is very helpful.

    I LIKE MY BEGINNING EXPERIENCES WITH PUBLIC STORAGE, BUT I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT LONG TERM RENTERS HAVE THEIR MONTHLY RENT CONSTANTLY INCREASED. AT ONE POINT I WAS PAYING DOUBLE THE RENT OF RENTING A NEW UNIT. THE ONLY WAY AROUND IT IS TO RENT ANOTHER UNIT AND MOVE EVERG INTO THEEW UNIT. I HAVE DONE THIS AND IT IS NOT FUN.
