I would've given it 5 stars. it was clean, the customer service was good and I could get a hold of a live person. the drop box for the locks weren't were they told me it was. I finally found it searching like crazy. also I had to change units twice when I arrived because of lock issues. other then that I think if they clear those small issues up... it's worth 5 stars.
