I am a first time storage unit renter. Renting from this location was a very pleasant experience. Chandra is personable, kind and patient. She is an excellent choice as a face for the company. She gave helpful guidance and and I didn't feel hurried yet she is efficient. I also received helpful online support to complete the application. The grounds are clean and safe.

Having an appointment is very helpful no waiting. The process to rent the space was quick and easy. The attendant was efficient and courteous. Good storage facility.

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and received my email and phone call the day before moving to confirm. When I arrived there I was greeted and then told that they didn't have that size unit available and at the price I was promised. After an hour of debate and dealing with someone on the phone I got my unit. (That you didn't have) and at my original promised price for that day. However I was promised it at $98 a month and they were trying to charge me $132 I'm still waiting for my updated email or phone call about the price Change I was promised for my prorated price at end of the month.

Amazing storage space, the employee Destiny, was very nice and very helpful. The best service ever.
