Everything including paperwork was done online. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t yet spoken to an actual person. Unit was fairly clean. Some spiders but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s expected. Only problem was the actual useable dimensions. I have an 11.5 ft kayak I am storing so I got a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢X12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit. However, the kayak wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit straight like it should if it was 12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ deep. Had to tilt it which affects my space for other things. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t measured it but I should have been able to close the door if I placed the kayak straight. Just something to be aware of if you have something a certain length to store. Overall however, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with the unit and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend if someone were to ask me.

Unit was dusty, the door doesn't stay up, the door bottom was filthy, no access gate, units are open to the public.

Monthly rent is reasonable, customer service was very helpful.
