Public Storage - Rancho Cordova - 3200 Mather Field Rd

Just became a customer today in the afternoon with customer service given to me by Sharon. She was prompt, explained things with seasoned pro ease, showed me to my unit and helped me make sure that the size would fit my needs, the whole shi-bang. She not only had a smile and great charisma, she also asked me about my dogs which I was more than happy to gush about and show pictures, lol. Unit she showed me was clean and met all my expectations, the grounds were in very clean order as was the office. She offered me moving supplies and boxes, which I already have coming out of my ears but it's still worth mentioning that she not only checked me in for my storage unit she tried to help me with all of my moving needs. Overall she was fantastic, had a great attitude, was thorough, very professional with a good balance of personal and I look forward to stopping and chatting with her whenever I get the chance while enjoying my unit or when she has the time.

Good day! I say that because I normally not so enthusiastic to write Reviews of any kind. This is an exception to my personal "cardinal rule"! With that being said, I would like to express my appreciation in the way staff provided me with superb customer service.
