    I was out of the state when I found out our storage place gave away our trailer parking spot to another customer. With a day and a half to find a 30" trailer spot, I called up Next Door Self Storage. Kat was beyond helpful! She looked at what she had available and tried to find me the spot that has the most swing room. When I got to the facility, Kat and I went to where the unit would be parked. It was a little tight getting into the spot but it fit. After I got the trailer set up, I went back into the office to get paperwork filled out. Kat let me know that another spot would be opening up soon that would give me more swing room to get the trailer in and out. She made a note for her or her colleague to give me a call as soon as the location was free. I can't stress enough how great it was working with this facility and especially working with Kat to get everything set up in less than 48 hours.
