Extra Space Storage

Great experience at the storage unit in Pittsfield. Great manager.

I use the storage facility when it was still prime storage. I found when it went to Extra Space Storage the price just kept going up higher and higher and higher. I tried to get a discount as I had two units and was told no. I asked about my longevity of being a customer, and I was told that didn’t matter. as soon as I found a bigger place to move I did so so I could get everything out of your overly priced storage units. With that being said, I found Kim (your manager) to be an asset, not only to prime storage, but to Extra Space Storage. She was very outgoing and informative, but I could tell that she too, did not agree with Extra Space Storage prices. I like the facility that it was gated and there was cameras, and the staff walked and paid attention. However, I could not keep putting out high prices that Extra Space Storage was charging for our small town.

They make storage convenient. Helpful staff.

Great place! I can't speak highly enough of the facility and especially the staff, Kim and Jeramiah. The place is clean and everything was well organized. Kim walked us through everything and seamlessly got us into another unit when we realized we needed a larger space. They are cheerful and very helpful. This was a great find.
