    I feel the mandatory insurance fee, should be a person's choice to except it or not. Like car rentals do. This monthly charge really benefits the owners of this facility, not the renter. The amount you charge for the unit is rather outrageous! That being the case, any insurance should be included in your high priced units, without raising the units price to include insurance. I do appreciate the units cleaness.

    I've had an excellent experience with "Storage at Exit 24." The location, right off the I-5, makes it incredibly easy to get off and on the freeway. The facilities are impeccably clean. Ken, the property manager, was super helpful and very friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. The value you get for the price is unbeatable. Very easy to reserve and pay online too! Highly recommended for anyone in need of storage solutions!

    I was very happy to find this facility. The days was very helpful and willing to work with us around our schedules. They made the lease process as quick and simple as possible. Moving in was pretty straight forward. Security seems good, with cameras, controlled gate access, limited hours.

    Upon arriving we were greeted immediately by Ken who was very professional and courteous. He showed me the unit which was exceptionally clean and easy to find. The hallways had good lightning and the grounds were immaculate. I would rate this facility and its staff as outstanding and absolutely recommend it.
