    I was given a storage inside and when I entered to see where it was located, there was a fast food cup with piss in it sitting inside the storage unit. That was pretty disgusting! I apologize but I had to let you guys know.

    On the first evening I went to exit after office hours and the gate was locked and said access denied. I was about 30 seconds to a minute after closing time.I was a little concerned I might have to sleep there over night in my truck. But then I remembered this was a nation wide company and went back to the paperork I had signed to initiate the contract and found a number there and it was a 24 hour number. I called them around 10:05 P.M. and there immediately was an answer and I was given a code to exit. What a relief! I didnt have to pull out my sleeping bag afterall. Eric Soholt

    Everything was very clean very efficient went right through I had no problems the only thing is I think that the customer care or service needs to tell the client that is buying the storage facility or renting the storage facility that they need to bring a lock I was unaware luckily I was able to buy one most people may not be able to do that So again I asked that you please tell the next client that rents from that facility to bring a lock other than that it was amazing the customer service was amazing everything was great and very clean very easy thank you for letting me rap from you
