We rented a unit from here beginning in April 2023 for $145 per month. Four months later, in August, they raised the price to $256 without telling us. Yet, the same exact unit is now listed online for $96. This seems predatory to me. I’d be very wary of getting a unit here. Edit: Changing my review from 1 star to 3, as the company reached out upon seeing my review. We agreed to meet halfway, so our bill is now $193 a month. Reading online, it seems all storage companies do this bait and switch thing unless you signup for a year+ long contract. We’re debating hiring movers to move our stuff into a different unit (same facility) that’s priced at $100 and just signing the year+ long contract.

The process of renting was quick and easy and the on site associate Mark was amazing with helping me find where my storage was located and informing on the property layout and rules. 10/10
