    I was a little unsure & insecure going into this storage unit...however, I was really lucky because Mgr Brandy Nestell calmed my fears; explained everything clearly & was so friendly that it gave me back the personal confidence of doing this company. She's a exceptional people-person. I am so glad that she's so well-trained that made it easy to answer all of my questions -- she knew all the answers & explained all the facts in detail.
