    The 2 major issues I have are: (a) My storage has insulation falling from the top of the unit (b) there is not enough outside lighting. I come to get things & drop things off around 7:30 or 8pm and the units do not have interior lighting and the outside lighting is not bright enough to see inside. This is somewhat a safety issue since the fencing is low enough for someone to climb over. Otherwise, the Representative (Alta) was very nice and showed me 2 different size units so I could decide which best fit my needs. The storage space is large enough for my things (10x25 foot unit) to fit comfortably. Also love that a special price was running on most units.

    The facility and people are excellent. However the unloading situation is difficult at best. If there are multiple ppl moving in the sidewalk is to narrow to navigate around other carts and trucks. It would be nice to have all cement and no grass so ppl can maneuver around each other.

    After renting one unit decided wasn't satisfied with it. Was taken to see several other units and transferred to another unit. Employee that helped me was pleasant and friendly and made the transition easy.
