    I had an angel from God call me today, Austi! I have been struggling like a lot of people are right now and trying to make my storage payment is one. My whole life is in that storage unit. I was paying $420.00 a month for a 10x30 unit. Today after I barely made my payment, I get a phone call. This angelic voice introduced herself as Austi. She says to me that she noticed that I was paying an exuberant amount and has gotten it reduced to $341.00 a month!!! That's a savings of $80.00!! I don't know about y'all out there but $80 is a huge amount of money in my budget. Then Austi continues to tell me that she also put in a request to customer service to have my rent lowered even more!!! I am COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY❣️ Austi absolutely made my day. What a beautiful person she is. I so appreciate Austi taking the time on her own to take care of me. I take care of my 82yr Mother, raising my 7yr granddaughter and my daughter also lives with us. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AUSTI❣️ YOU have no idea how much YOU have blessed us❣️ NOW THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE❣️❣️
