Facility is 1 and 1/2 years old, very clean, quiet. Staff is very accommodating. Only reason I did not rate a 5 star is because the entryways measure 54 inches and elevators measure 48inches in breath. (Wide). Does make moving in and out difficult for wide mattresses and ect. Recommendations is at least a 5ft elevator and entrance. Just does not make sense to have 15 ft units on 3rd floor with small passenger elevators.

Tried half a dozen places nearby to where I made a furniture purchase, as it was raining and I didn't want to ruin it. They had the best price, availability, and climate control options with large units available immediately. Since it was raining, they let us back to get under cover while we did the paperwork. Really friendly people!

Super friendly front staff, very helpful and answered all of my questions. storage place very clean and have carts and stuff to move in with. Also has safe entrances to protect inside and outside units.

I needed to move on new years eve, the office was closed and they still managed to accommodate me without missing a beat!
