Everything was VERY easy to process and set up.

Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no office actually on site, so you have to call a number to get anything done. But no one ever answers the phone so you have to leave a message and then they will text you back usually. Trying to get in the first time is difficult because you cannot pay and register ahead and you have to wait till the day you are moving in, so that makes you show up at the gate with no code and then you call a phone number and do a 20 minute plus check in while the moving truck set behind me. The lady was nice when I finally got a hold of her and she walked me through the process, but having to wait until the day you check in to do this is silly. I tried to do it ahead of time and they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let me. Then the unit I used, which was their biggest unit, which had a garage door on the front and the back of the unit. So I was forced to buy two padlocks at $14 apiece for two doors. Except when I got into the garage one of the padlocks had a broken key in the padlock , so the lady told me I just had to go to Walmart and purchase another padlock and use mine instead of theirs. I also have to go find specific homeowners insurance paperwork to email them the proves that my homeowners pays for the insurance. so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little more complicated but reality is they are the cheapest place around, so it was worth the pain to get the rate.

I was checked in quickly and conveniently. Daniel was very cordial. When we got to the unit it was clean and easily accessible. I would recommend this company to anyone.
