    Spoke with Andrew and he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I originally booked with the storage facility in Menifee but had to transfer to the one in Hemet because it was closer to me. Both facilities are great!!! The staff was very accommodating to my needs and made a tiring job easy.

    Nothing but great things about this place. Great customer service on the phone and at the place dealing with Derrick. Super nice and super easy. Price was very competitive, but the customer service was second to none. My storage place in the future.

    We have been here for 8 years and have 3 units (1 AC, 2 regular). The staff have always been very nice. For the first 4 years the prices did not change, but after we acquired our 3rd unit, they started raising the monthly rent by $11 a month per unit every year. So, every year our cost goes up $396, and they are unable to work with us in spite of being a long term customer. My husband likes the fact we are up against the AC building and face north. He thinks it keeps our stuff cooler. The rolling doors do not seal against dust storms, so two units got a ton of dirt inside after a bad dust storm. They told us our home owners insurance would cover it. But if I owned a home, I wouldn't need storage units...
