I really liked the facility. It was very clean and well run. In addition, Oliver was very helpful with my move out. We only left because the price creeped up to over double that of a well known competitor at a nearby facility and ExtraSpace would not offer me a discount or other unit that matched the competitors rates. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the rate hikes or the timing of them as well. Also, there is no guarantee that the rate you originally secure for your unit will be maintained for a specific period of time - e.g. six months - as other competitors offer. There was no reason that my unit at Extra Space Storage should be double the cost of a similar size unit with a better location from a well known competitor, with a highly rated facility nearby.
