I rented a 5X10 to move my stuff in on a Saturday. The unit I was assigned had a broken door and it was futile attempt trying to get in touch with someone to help me at that time (weekend). It was going to rain soon and I needed to get my stuff secured so I put my stuff in the closest 5X10 with a functioning door. All worked out when I called on Monday and they were super nice and helpful. However there seemed to be quite a few units with broken locking mechanism when I was looking for one. If they can fix that, five stars all the way!!
