    Giving a 5 star review to Bernadette, the sales associate who helped me. It was my first time renting a storage unit & she made everything so easy. She was easy to talk to and had no problem answering any of my questions. Best customer service I've received in a minute! Ask for her when renting at this location :)

    So far, the experience has been great. Everything was easy access; the registration was super easy and fast. I didn't even have to speak to anyone in person when I arrived at the facility because the instructions were so easy to follow. Three stars only because I never received a confirmation email with the gate access code the night before my move in date as stated in my purchase confirmation email. I received the gate code once I downloaded the Extra Space Storage app on my phone, but no one let me know I needed to do that. The facility is easy access once you have the code, its clean and spacious for your vehicle to drive up close to your unit.

    I had a wonderful time for the second time renting a storage unit at another location because I had another storage unit that was too far away. I decided to come to extra storage space for the discounts and I was so excited I got the 5 by 9 storage unit on the second floor with an elevator. The space was the right size for my stuff and boxes.
