Unlike the staff I deal with at my other storage locations, The staff at this particular location are very helpful and friendly! Not to mention the cleanliness of the front!

Kendra fly cool chic I was renting out a unit for storage and took advantage of the free month special. Overall d#nm good customer service. Kendra was very professional quick answered all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely recommend anyone at this specific location. Keep her she’s a Gem 5 out of 5 stars !!!

So it’s 3/3/2023, I had an absolute nightmare today. I need storage and I needed it quick. I went to one place and everything was fine until I couldn’t fit my item. The owner because so rude. So, I left with my things. I went back online and I found ESS! It took me through a call center to a guy named Arron he was nice and so helpful!!! He patched me over to Henry. Mind you, I’ve never done this before trying to get a storage unit. Henry walked me through everything I mean really held my hand as I filled my paperwork out via email. He answered every question! When I say I recommend this company I MEAN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I will definitely continue to do business here. They have storage for everything and filling out paperwork was very convenient. It literally only took 5 minutes if that.
