Couple week ago I visited a public storage I felt welcomed by a lady name Teresa she insured me that my stuff would be safe there if u want great place to store your stuff public storage is the place I will definitely be doing more business with them.

About a month ago, I visited the location & the employee - Angelica was very helpful & knowledgable about the facility. She walked my fiancée & myself through the facility. Just recently I went onto Public Storage's website & reserved 2 units in Charlotte - 7828 N Tryon St and 6700 Reamea Rd. The Tryon Rd location called a few days ago (Felicia) and confirmed my reservation. Later the same day Susan called & said the unit I reserved was under maintenance & I couldn't rent the unit but she would locate another at a different location. Needless to say, she never called back with an update. I ended up calling & another employee (Tisha) answered telling me a third story. With my frustration, I contacted the Senior District Manager -Jay. He was very helpful & resolved the issue. Teresa & Angelica at Reames Rd are great to work with and is an asset to the company. My suggestion is that they train the employees at the other location on conducting business well.

Angelica and Teresa are a great team the customer service was great and the process was smooth and easy thanks guys.
