This place is well maintained. Very clean & safe with outside lights being very bright. Deborah, the store manager, is very friendly and helps make sure everything is going well when I see her. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

Deborah is SO NICE!!! She reached out to me to ensure that everything went well, and because I prepaid for the month, she called me to ensure that I get refunded for the days that I didn't end up using my rented unit. Extra Space is incredibly safe at all hours; it's always brightly lit up, so if you visit your unit at later hours, you're safe and you've got your privacy. It's an incredibly clean property, and there's always a way to speak to a staff member at all hours. If you're wary of storage unit rental companies, I promise you that this location is prime. It's safe. They're so helpful and they're not after your money. They just want to help ensure your needs as a customer, your safety, and they treat you with the utmost level of respect and kindness. Thank you Deborah!!!

Deborah I. was the most professional representative for my Extra Space Storage Unit. She was polite, courteous and explained everything that made sense in "laymans" terms!! She needs to be recognized (I.E. Lunch, Award, Formal Recognition) as she is a very valuable asset to your team. Even though I am not pleased by the $100/month increase in rent, this is not a reflection of Deborah I. She is a perfect example of the representation of what Extra Space Storage should be proud of. Unfortunately due to raising my rent from $121.00 per month to $221.00 per month, I simply cannot afford an extra $100.00 month increase and I'm moving out this week and taking my business elsewhere. Again, NO REFLECTION of the company representation that Deborah demonstrated over the phone. Thank you Deborah... Dave C.
