Great customer service and little time on paperwork. Everything was done over the phone and digitally. We were in a bind with moving across country and only needed storage for a short time. They fixed us up and got us a storage unit. It was clean, secure, and well-maintained!

With all the break-ins at all the local storage units you would think that at a facility like this one they would have security cameras covering every building on all sides. However, the farthest building from the office on the back wall opposite of being able to see from the office is where they had the available unit. I wasn't worried about it until I packed it full of rather expensive items and unreplaceable items as well that this wall of four storage units is more than a football field away from the office that closes at 10:00 at night so I can't go in there to see if I did suspect anybody breaking in, it also has no security cameras on that back wall... There are security cameras pretty much covering the rest of the buildings on all walls except for that back wall that also happens to be connected to a gigantic field on two sides of it with nothing but opportunity for somebody to climb that fence break into a storage unit take what they want and never be seen. Overall they were nice and professional and it's a good price just would feel a little better if somebody was watching my stuff rather than relying on insurance to cover the replacement of my things cuz it would replace maybe one of my things definitely not all.
