The space was dry but pretty dirty with debris and a seal for the side rail of the door was completely off and laying on the ground which we figured out and put back on the rail successfully. Seems like no one from your staff checked it over after the last renter left.

I looked for quite some time for storage space at a reasonable price for my camper. This facility is conveniently located and appears to be very clean and well run. Kim was very responsive to all my questions and very pleasant to deal with.

The process was so easy to do. Everything was done online and the staff was available immediately via phone when I needed a few questions answered.

I was searching non stop for a storage unit when I finally came across premier! I followed the steps to make a reservation and then called the office for further instruction. The lady I spoke with was very prompt in returning my phone call and had lots of information to give about using the unit, codes, going over the options to do paperwork in office or online and answered all the silly questions I had! ( I've never rented a storage unit before and she made me feel confident in my purchase as well as giving relief that she wasn't annoyed with my lack of knowledge.My only nit pick would be, is I wish that you could access the units 24/7, but that's just a preference. the mon-sun 5am-11pm and on holidays is very generous.
