Every time come to office Diedra always have smile on her face and polite. Ask how my mother doing if need anything to call. She sure a pleasure to talk to. Great customer service.

Wonderful move in experience!!! Beth at the front desk was so warm and welcoming when I arrived. She was extremely knowledgeable about the facility and the property and was a huge help to me navigating through the mobile app. It was very nice having someone like her there who really cared about helping me get set up. Would highly recommend her for a promotion and I'll be telling others about this location.

Diedra Williams is a phenomenal and a outstanding woman. Very great hospitally and to who this may concern it is in my best judgement that commercial business need more people like her to represent their company. Alot of businesses today are not big on giving outstanding customer service and remaining humble under all kinds of pressure and dealing with different types of personality and different types of situations to deal with when they arise. It is also my best judgement that Mrs. Williams be recognize for her great workmanship and hospitallity service that she gives. Mrs. Williams gives off the energy as a person that always remain calm and never gets upsets. If she wasn't working for this company I would hire her with no hesitation and I would pay top pay. Mrs. Williams is definitely an asset to public storage.
