The new regional manager is very customer service oriented. Goes out of his way to contact the customers and address any concerns that they might have. I was very impressed with his professionalism when he reached out to help me resolve a minor issue.

Lisa is amazing always smiling and knowledgeable about the storage business. I recommend you go see Lisa at the gulf freeway location in Webster. You will not find a better person. Public storage has an app that is great. Nice clean location.

Ms. Lisa at this location helped transfer unit. I definitely don't do well with dimensions. Anyway, the whole transactions took a couple minutes. And she was lovely.

Lisa and Lindsay are friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend going here for your storage needs. Nice clean and the Public Storage app is great. This public storage app is amazing. No putting code in when it is raining. Great location.

11/1/22 Rent is going up and the # of carts to unload/load is going down I see. Only 1 cart available today vs 4 in the past and 3 as of a few weeks ago..... The We Care Team and Ms Lisa contacted me after I posted this and told me they were going to order more carts but it may take a few weeks. Stopped by there on 12/5/22 and found 3 carts vs 1. Thanks for reaching out to me about this and acting swiftly to rectify the situation. Here is picture proof of them keeping their word. Friendly staff. New facility. Very visible. Clean. 2/12/23 Stopped by today and saw 4 carts again. Thanks!
