Fern and Maria are excellent! They are very friendly and very helpful with my situation. They will try to help you with your situation and will come up with a solution for you. They really know all the information/pricing for the storage facility they're at and don't have to call someone else to get an answer. They will let you know all of your options and pricing and you decide what you want to do. Really appreciate these two people who are very nice.

Maria is so very helpful. It was such an easy process to rent a storage here. She made everything very clear and straightforward. She also went out her way to talk to upper management to see if I could rent a different size storage 3 times without having to pay the one-time admin fee. Highly recommend coming here to store your things.
