    The site manager Quiana is detail oriented, provides excellent conversational service and made the process as simple as possible for me. She was also very helpful with resources I can use to hire helpers, suggestions for getting to my unit efficiently and verifying everything is set for a smooth experience this Friday.     Quiana the manager was great with working with me to get the unit I needed in a timely matter. What I didn’t like is the elevators being down. I had 6 bins moving from 2nd to 1st floor. I have health issues and it was hard controlling my breathing. Quiana was nice enough to give me a water. Plus being hot, not enough rollers to put them on. I was upset but thanks to Quiana.

    Very easy, fast process. There was a very friendly, hospitable staff person available on site to walk me through my first storage rental options. I was clueless and within 20 minutes i found the perfect unit for the perfect price and got all the details for a clean, safe and secure temporary home for my belongings. I was able to see the storage unit and get help with the online price right there in person. Very friendly staff and i have called around to many storage offices with questions unanswered and costly options.
