Extra Space Storage

As a veteran of self storages, north and Jersey Shore and, other providing facilities, I have rate this a five star location. Always clean, always attentive and helpful. How much more can one say about a basic service provider? It’s a pleasure to use this facility and I must say that their locations in the Toms River area are staffed by really good people. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years and consider them superior to their competitors, no contest. While I’m at it, by far the worst that I’ve used, Public Storage is number 1. All they provide is a unit, no power or lighting, no trash containers. What they do provide is a healthy increase in your monthly rent that will choke you. So glad I dumped them and found these guys….I only wish I had done it sooner…

Excellent communication and support from the first minute I called about renting a space for my RV until I signed the rental agreement. I called 2 different store locations and they both were superb on their customer service skills. In one word to describe the service at this location “Perfect” I will look for any of your brands whenever the need for rental space needed. Thank again.

Location great, priced best in area, but most of all James was awesome! I explained my needs and he found the perfect package for me. I only regret not doing this sooner. James, you rock!!!
