Erica is the most wonderful person To work with very kind helpful and friendly. She sets a great example of what customer service should be My unit was swept out and clean . She even helped with the set up of my app . Put a smile on me.

If I could give 10 Stars I would! I have never received such great customer service in a retail company. Erica exemplifies what customer service looks like. This was evidenced by her thoroughness in responding to my online request for unit, her patience as I upgraded my unit TWICE, LOL and her pleasant but professional demeanor. She was very thorough giving details that were needed such as the time she's at the lunch, the hours of operation and the items that could fit inside of a unit. The storage facility grounds were clean and neat there was no litter or trash. the office was well organized and neat and the process to rent the unit was painless, quick and easy. I definitely would recommend this location of Public Storage to others and explain the reason why... because of Erica!
