    Not unusual I'm sure, but we started with a large space and downsized after we disposed of some of our storage items. It was all handled professionally - with a smile.     I first called and asked questions, I spoke with Tory she reserved the web rate n unit but it was on a first come first serve basis. I went there within the hour of my call… Rob the manager greeted me and handled everything in a friendly timely manner. Rob showed me the unit, explained everything and I was in and out I’d say probably within 20 minutes… that’s the faster ever of outstanding customer service I’ve received especially at a storage rental place. I highly highly recommend using Extra Space Storage for all your needs .. Tell Rob I sent you . ?????? Robs a manger who cares and listens.

    Nice clean and secure storage facility. Easy open unit doors with easy access. Caitrin was a pleasure to work with, really appreciate her going beyond to find us the perfect unit! Update 8/2/23: Gotta give Rob a shout too, he went above and beyond helping us juggle a complicated move around three storage units - greatly appreciate his help!!
