    I went to Public storage to rent a space not knowing what it would be like, I would recommend the facility on Stewart in Sunnyvale to anyone, the staff Rochelle and Bianca went up and above customer service …..they were very knowledgeable, kind, patient and took the time to answer all my questions, they gave me a clear understanding of everything I asked, I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking to rent space based on customer service alone.

    I have things that I don’t need until I move next time. This helps store those things in a reasonable price. The smallest storage is already very adequate for my need. The place is clean and near. Hannah who toured me and helped me move in was excellent and friendly. A bit nervous but very professional after all. The lock did not work initially but they were quick to respond and looked into the situation. The problem was fixed. Will recommend this place.
