I called them today and within the hour I had my storage unit. It was that quick! Called customer service, was offered a few alternatives and sent a quote. Within minutes got a call back from the local storage manager. Setting up payment and signing forms was so easy! All you need is access to your email to get the agreement forms, sign and send back in just a few clicks. I have never gotten such quick service. As soon as payment went through, I got my storage unit. Drove to the place and everything was exactly as it was explained. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have been storing my RV in Sturbridge Cubesmart for the last 2 summers. Security there is top priority and I feel reassured my RV will be safe there. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. They handled my requests with ease and made it very easy to check in and out. We hope to continue using them in summers to come!
