Extra Space Storage

The staff is awesome! So kind and attentive but am disappointed that the website reservation was different than what was actually available. Also it is hard to beleive that a building that large can justify having only two carts? Yes they get stolen - use your cameras to punish those who take them but don't punish the rest of your customers

Great storage company. The unit was spacious and clean and I loved that I could drive in and out. Also staff made the experience smooth and easy.

Chue and Ms. Erika are the BEST!! They have great customer service skills and can bring peace in the midst of a stressful time. Words cannot express how grateful I am on how Ms. Erika always goes above and beyond to help in my time of need. I am an out of state customer needing in state storage services. The ease of completing the Rental Agreement and payment over the phone with Ms. Erika’s guidance is always phenomenal. Ms. Erika and her team are extremely professional yet personable all at the same time. Ms. Erika’s and her staff’s attention to detail and their ability to make you feel like the only customer that matters (undivided attention) is what motivated my decision to continue with Extra Space Storage. For such reasons, I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage located on Transfer Road in St. Paul, MN. Additional bonus, the pricing is great and I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are safe and secured while in another state.

The place is clean and manager was nice

They are really awesome here. They made sure I had a unit that suited my needs and the lady was very sweet to the kiddo. Edit: Erika is the bomb. Seriously, the sweetest person. Always goes above and beyond. I needed to switch units to something smaller and the concern was there wouldn't be a small one available but the minute one was (and it didn't take long) she reached out right away. Thank you, Erika!
