Rates went up without rationale for why. Unit not as advertised. Frustrating process. Alexis was awesome and helped us out. 5 stars to her, which is the only reason this review isn't worse. She was kind and accommodating.

Great prices, easy clean business. Took 5-10 mins to get all the paperwork signed and sorted. Big shoutout to Alexis. She was incredibly helpful and an absolute sweetheart. She needs a promotion!

I was in St. Louis for Christmas and had the laborious task of cleaning out my storage unit. I’ve had this unit for 7 years and really haven’t opened it since. I had no idea where my key was, barely knew which unit, and Andrea guided me through this process. She made it easy. She went above and beyond, and I am so thankful she was there to help! I would certainly consider using Public Storage in the future, if I ever need storage unit.
