Extra Space Storage

The rental process was very easy and only took a few minutes on line. The virtual tour made it easy to choose what size was best and the price for the larger size was less expensive than the smallest size at other places. The only thing that I would say should be improved is when we reserve the storage and paid for it they told us that we could pick up the keys the following day and gave us a time and we went there and they were closed cuz it was a Sunday so that would be the only thing that needs some work is letting the system know that people can't pick up their keys when they first reserve it on the weekends because there's nobody there. When we went in on Monday however to get our keys and get our storage it only took a couple minutes and everything was ready for us so how easy everything else was definitely made up for the extra trip we took for no reason. Overall very happy so far and hopefully will continue to be happy through the remainder of our time renting there.
