Charissa gave me excellent customer service. She waited on me even when the store was closed. She listened to my concerns about the rate increase.that was going into effect next month. She said I could ask for the rate to stay the same. She went above and beyond when she submitted the request for the rate to stay the same. It was approved. I am so thankful for her patience and kindness. She deserves to be employee of the year!
