*sigh* This place is MUCH better than Public Storage down the street. It’s open longer, much more accessible, cheaper per square foot * month, etc. The guy who helped me in person initially was great. So, there’s a lot of good to say about it. The bad: I found a dead mouse stuck under the door of the unit across from mine (photo not included), so I knew I should try to run interference on mice, so I bought some glue traps. The photos included here show the results: two dead mice (over a few weeks?), and a LOT of bugs. I get it must be hard to keep a storage facility pest-free, but to have such a serious mouse infestation is gross. I can’t wait to get my stuff out of here. Editing in response to their response below: obviously the pest treatments are not effective, given that I killed those mice in their building. Also I have called that number before and gotten no response.

Excellent service. I have to big up Benjamin at the Silver Spring location. He made the process very smooth and he was so friendly! I enjoyed????
