Move in process was simple and the facility manager I worked with was awesome. Booking through Sparefoot- my only objection is that there wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a way to know that storage unit sizes are an approximation and might be off by a foot or two depending on the unit. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see any of this information until I was signing the lease online- from there I had to hope it was close to my chosen size. It ended up taking extra time when I arrived to start moving in. Wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve have been helpful to know more details before making the reservation. Otherwise this facility is clean, well secured, and no complaints so far. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s even courtesy options like renting a cart to help move in. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also a convenient location.

The young man who helped us was great! Very friendly and helpful. Even made my daughter a cup of coffee.

Initially, I received some annoying errors when trying to complete the paperwork and payment online. When no welcome email explaining what to do next arrived, I called the store location and discovered that I had to show up with my ID and ensure I had a “barrel lock” to access my unit (an unexpected expense). Once at the store, Mitchel was very friendly and took good care of me.

I appreciated the way i was welcome and the ease to rent my box. Place is clean and easy to park
