I love the new building! Units are nice and everything smells so new and clean, super friendly staff! Shelia, May and Victoria were a huge help and kept me laughing the whole time! Definitely would recommend!!

I just had to do a review on the great service I received on my visit. Marie was courteous, polite, very, very knowledgeable on anything I asked of her, she also got me taken care of in a timely manner. This lady knows her stuff. What amazed me was word-by-word verbatim while I followed reading. I recommend others to this Public Storage. Also she is very entertaining, had me chuckling all day.

Seriously amazing customer service!!! Alex, (at the 11512 Aurora Ave N location) was super helpful and professional. He got my reservation moved over to this location within minutes! Marie and Tiffany made everything quick and easy. Great experience with the entire process. Highly recommend!
