Public Storage

Niki, you saved the day. I have had very average service from Public Storage and was VERY frustrated with my last experience. For the second time I was told one price over the phone and another when I arrived. However, Niki worked things out wonderfully. I was impressed by her customer service. She gets an A+ for sure!!

I have had only positive and professional experiences at this property. We will end our rental status soon, but this has nothing to do with the property and more to do to a recent move that allows more storage within my office.

If you are looking for an easily accessible and secure storage facility that puts your mind at ease, this is the place to go. This location is operated by a very efficient and helpful management team that will go out of your way to assist you and solve any issue you may have. Melissa, the manager, is excellent. She is always there to help me out if I need it and makes sure the facility is operating smoothly at all times. I once came to get some items and they were experiencing technical difficulties with the gates. She already called to have someone come out and fix it, and she made sure to let all renters know the situation so they could easily access their units and know their things were still secure. Things were back to normal and I haven't seen any issues since then. The location is another great factor. It is located right off the 101 freeway off Shea Blvd. This makes it extremely efficient for me to get what I need and be on my way. Several other storage facilities are off the beaten path, so they are completely out of the way for me. Also, many units here are located in an air conditioned building, which is ideal, given how hot it gets in the summer months here in Arizona. I feel extremely comfortable storing my things here. If you are looking for great, friendly service with a high level of security and accessibility, this is the place for you.

I love, love, love Mellissa!!! She just totally rocks.!!!!! I arrived, to the storage with my nine year old son, we drove from NJ, to Cali and finally to Scottsdale, We were exhausted, when we arrived to the storage. But, Mellissa's beautiful, amazing energy, professionalism, and her wonderful accommodating attitude, made my storage experience, a really nice and peaceful one. I would recommend this place, easily!
