    I jammed my key!  THANKFULLY a minute after a storage agent named Maria helped me. She was wonderful! Kept trying and trying while walking me through the process of what it would look like if I didn’t get it out. Having to buy a new lock ( about $25 ) and waiting for a professional to cut the lock 2 weeks or more in time. Without Maria I wouldn’t have gotten my stuff in there. Great person to have on site. Thank you!!!

    From the day I got here until now, I have had a great experience at this place and have always dealt with Maria. It's strange how I only happen to need assistance when she is the one that happens to be working at that time. She has been extremely courteous and very helpful with everything I needed from day 1. She helped me secure a storage unit, gave me advice on locks, and even helped me out when I got my key stuck in my old lock. Because of her diligence, I was able to have some peace of mind, knowing that my storage unit is being looked after. Definitely recommend this spot. I have driven by here nuuumerous times, but I never noticed it because it can easily be passed by. I suppose that's the only real caveat for me -- it can be somewhat challenging to enter and exit the place. Other than that, I highly recommend using their storage facility.
