Absolutely Impressed,,, From the first phone call , I was able to speak to a real person. They were local and they help each other out at different locations. I called at the last minute and was taken care of as if it was in the middle of the day. They called back and checked on me to confirm my reservation. Not just once but twice . They understood my delay and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I talked to a young man on the first phone call and then I spoke to Lisa and then Melinda and the young lady that was there today. I am terrible with names and she gave me her card but it's currently in my husband's truck because we are already moving into the storage. Not only were they polite over the phone but in person the young lady today was phenomenal. Her smile and her demeanor and professionalism was beyond compare. I ran multi-million dollar restaurants for over 20 years. And I can tell you I have not been so impressed with customer service like that in over 10 years. Whatever you guys are doing maybe you can start training the rest of the world. And if I was still in the business I would have done everything I could to steal every one of those people that took care of me. Take care of the people that take care of you and everything else works itself out. Absolutely amazing. Best Example of business and moral ethics I have seen in a very long time..
