The facility closes at six p m It was very frustrating because nobody was answering the phone. I drove to the facility at five p m, and nobody was there. I contacted the 800 number and they couldn't reach anyone either. Sparfoot helped me to do this all online. We ended up with a very happy ending. The facility is always very clean.
