Price was alright, little did I know after 6 months the price goes up like 60$ I'm paying almost 300$ for a 10x20 unit and the unit has a ceiling that has water damage and is starting to drip down not to mention there is a huge gap in between my unit and the one behind/beside me I can constantly see the lights they have on in there shining in my unit. The location is great and the security is pretty good. I do wish I could have a different lock on my unit though like a master lock instead of the cylinder lock.. overall I'm giving this place a 3★ because the hidden price and the freedom of having a personalized lock. Although the App they have is great for entering/exiting the property just one click on your phone. And one click payments or auto pay is very nice. But again no incentives like rewards programs or discounts on auto payments ... Place could definitely use an overhaul to bring things a little more up-to-date.
