Very clean and good price I made a online reservation for my unit the process was very easy and the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and helpful they have even called back to make sure my check in went smoothly I will definitely use this place again for all my storage needs

Staff is friendly and available with a quick response. I rented from 49 and 20 for several months and never encountered any issues. The environment is always clean I feel safe there even at night. The price is the best I could find. I am actually about to rent a unit for the second time. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think that I would rent a storage unit from anyone else in the area. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s located in a great location and convenient whether you live in Jackson or Brandon or any of the surrounding metropolitan areas. I highly recommend 49 and 20 self storage units
